Drug Makers Get a Warning From the U.N. Malaria Chief

The changes were outlined Thursday at a Senate hearing and are a big shift in the way the United States Agency for International Development combats malaria.

An official of the agency, Michael Miller, said it would spend $20 million on indoor spraying this year, a twentyfold increase over last year.
